Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, preferred language, relationship to the person needing help, general information you choose to share, referral source, and consent records. Do not use the public form for medical records, detailed diagnoses, Social Security numbers, or emergency information.
How we use information
We use information to respond to your inquiry, understand general needs, coordinate an eligibility conversation, maintain follow-up records, protect the website from abuse, and measure which pages and campaigns help families find us.
Email and text messages
We send confirmations and inquiry-related updates according to the permissions you select. Consent for promotional messages is separate and optional. You can stop text messages by replying STOP.
Providers and security
We may use hosting, database, email, messaging, and fraud-prevention providers. We limit access to authorized personnel and use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards. No internet system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and your choices
We retain records as needed to respond, meet legal obligations, and operate the service. You may request access, correction, or deletion using the published contact information. Some retention may be legally required.
