SMS terms and consent
Draft for pre-launch review · Updated August 2026
Messaging program
Amary Hospice may send inquiry confirmations, callback requests, reminders, and follow-up updates related to the recipient’s request. Promotional messages, if offered, require separate consent.
Consent
By checking the SMS box and providing a mobile number, you authorize inquiry-related messages. Consent is not a condition of receiving care or making an inquiry. Purchased lists will not be used for this program.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your request. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
STOP / HELP
Reply STOP to opt out. You may receive one final confirmation. Reply HELP for help or use the contact information on this website. Stopping SMS does not cancel other authorized communication channels.
Privacy and content
Messages should not contain detailed diagnoses, Social Security numbers, or clinical records. Avoid replying with sensitive medical information. See our privacy notice for more information.
Delivery
Delivery depends on mobile networks and is not guaranteed. Do not use SMS for emergencies. Call 911 in an emergency.
