How this level of care works
Eligible patients may receive short-term care in an approved facility so a family caregiver can rest, address personal needs, and return with renewed capacity.
Availability and eligibility are determined individually. The Amary Hospice team can explain when this level may be appropriate and how it is coordinated.
The plan remains personal
Needs can change. The team reviews the plan frequently, teaches the family what to expect, and adjusts support when clinically appropriate.
